HGUC Kämpfer

The HGUC Kampfer reproduces the Zeon assault mobile suit with its brilliant blue, large thrusters, and a weapon loadout that takes up half a display case. Once assembled, it stands approximately 13 cm tall and includes two giant bazookas, two shotguns, two Sturm Fausts, beam sabers, and the unmistakable chain mine articulated via a flexible wire. All that equipment can be distributed across its body or used in various poses, meaning the kit changes significantly depending on whether it is displayed ready to attack or in the heat of battle. As a fun fact, the Kampfer was designed to be assembled near the target and launch a rapid attack: its relatively light armor prioritizes mobility and firepower, a detail that explains both its silhouette and its exaggerated arsenal. It debuted in episode 4 of the OVA Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket, where it stars in one of the series' most memorable assaults. It is a veteran mold but with a lot of personality; dark panel lining, a matte finish, and a few metallic touches on the thrusters and weapons help it gain depth without hiding its characteristic color.
