HGUC Gundam TR-1 Hazel Custom

The HGUC Gundam TR-1 Hazel Custom brings one of the Titans Test Team's most recognizable testbeds to 1/144 scale. Once assembled, it stands about 13 cm tall and combines a compact body with large shoulders, reinforced feet, and the massive shield booster that defines its silhouette. The box includes a beam rifle, beam saber, standard shield, shield booster, magazine, and specific hands, along with test team markings to complete the design's technical look. Its construction is typical of a classic HGUC: simple to follow, sturdy, and with plenty of surface area for panel lining, though its robust proportions somewhat limit extreme posing compared to more modern kits. As a fun fact, the Hazel was not born as a frontline Gundam, but rather as an experimental platform derived from the GM Quel; its “Gundam” appearance also served as a psychological element. It originates from Advance of Zeta: The Flag of Titans, a story published as a photo-novel in Dengeki Hobby, which is why the design is full of connection points and interchangeable equipment.
