SD Sangoku Soketsuden Sima Yi Destiny Gundam

Sima Yi Destiny Gundam blends the silhouette of the Destiny Gundam with dark strategist armor, clipped wings, and red and gold accents. Once assembled, it stands approximately 8 cm tall, but the span of its wings and its weapon give it a presence far greater than its height suggests. It includes the large Engetsu sword, effect parts, and elements that can be combined to change its configuration, as well as a visor and mask that enhance the character's mysterious aura. The compact articulation allows for crisp attack poses without making the assembly overly complicated. As a fun fact, the design adapts Sima Yi, one of the great strategists of the Three Kingdoms era, using the Destiny Gundam as a base; that blend of historical figure and mobile suit is the heart of Sangoku Soketsuden. The character appears in the web series SD Gundam World Sangoku Soketsuden, where his role and alliances become increasingly significant as the story progresses. The blacks and reds work well right out of the box, but touching up the gold accents and the lines on the wings will take the finish to the next level.
