SD Sangoku Soketsuden Ma Chao Gundam Barbatos

Ma Chao Gundam Barbatos transforms the Barbatos into a young golden warrior, with a mane of transparent parts and fierce-looking weapons. When assembled, it stands approximately 9 cm tall. It includes large blades that can be rearranged and combined around the arms or back, creating a silhouette much wider than a standard SD. It is part of the SD Gundam World Sangoku Soketsuden series and reinterprets Ma Chao, a general of Shu known for his impetuous character and talent as a horseman. Interestingly, the choice of the Barbatos fits that temperament: both are associated with frontal, fast, and unceremonious combat, here exaggerated through golden claws and edges. The white of the body prevents the gold and transparent yellow from blending visually. The large pieces allow for various configurations and look especially good elevated on a base. It is a small but striking kit, intended for those who want an SD figure with plenty of volume and an almost mythological hero finish.
