RG Sazabi

The RG Sazabi condenses Char's personal Mobile Suit into 1/144 scale without losing its volume, its thrusters, or the feel of a heavy machine. Once assembled, it reaches approximately 16 cm. It includes a Beam Shot Rifle, shield, Beam Tomahawk, two Beam Sabers, six Funnels, and alternate hands; various hatches and nozzles can be opened to reveal the internal detail. The Sazabi appears in the film Mobile Suit Gundam: Char’s Counterattack as the machine with which Char faces his final duel against Amuro. As a fun fact, despite sharing the same scale as an HG, its box and assembled size are closer to many Master Grades, a direct consequence of the 23 meters the Mobile Suit measures in fiction. The armor uses various shades of red to separate panels without paint, and the frame supports the wide silhouette well. The Funnels can be displayed stored or deployed with separate stands. It is a dense and entertaining RG, with enough presence to stand on its own or opposite the Nu Gundam.
