HG YMS-08B Dom Test Type

The HG Dom Test Type captures that intermediate point where Zeon was still transitioning the Gouf into the heavy Dom. Once assembled, it reaches approximately 12.2 cm. It comes with a Giant Buzz, Heat Saber, shield, alternative hands, and parts to choose prototype details; the wide legs and large thrusters give it a very stable stance. It belongs to Mobile Suit Gundam The Origin MSD, the branch of experimental designs that expands upon the development of One Year War units. As a curiosity, its YMS-08B code reveals that it is not a production Dom, but a testbed where the skirt, torso, and hovering mobility of its successor already appear. The dark scheme takes grey panel lining and small metallic touches very well. The assembly is straightforward, but it has enough texture changes for a matte finish to make a difference.
