HG RTX-65 Guntank Early Type

The HG Guntank Early Type blends a battle tank and Mobile Suit with a low silhouette, wide tracks, and artillery everywhere. When assembled, it stands approximately 10.4 cm tall. The shoulder cannons, machine gun arms, and articulated tracks allow for advancing, turning, and fire-support poses without the need for a base. This machine appears in Mobile Suit Gundam The Origin I: Blue-Eyed Casval during the Side 3 riots, long before the Guntank from the White Base. As a curious detail, its design reinforces the idea that the first Mobile Suits were born from military vehicles: even the cockpit and the torso posture are more reminiscent of a tank than a humanoid robot. The light gray works very well with a dark wash and weathering on the tracks. Although it is compact, it takes up quite a bit of depth due to the cannons and conveys a mechanical presence quite distinct from a Gundam. The proportions respect the original design, and the color distribution helps distinguish each mechanical area without needing a full paint job.
